Honoring the sleep cycle, this 60 minute massage uses unique rituals to prepare your body for a well-deserved sleep. The massage begins with guided breathing techniques using a special blend of essential oils designed to lull you in to relaxation. The increasing intensity of movements on the whole body helps remove negative energy and promote wellbeing from head to foot. Swedish effleurage strokes, Chinese acupressure and Balinese massage techniques come together to stimulate circulation, ease tension and relieve stress.
