The Evening

This autumn, we are delighted to invite you to join us for a very special evening in support of Hospitality Action, a charity incredibly close to our hearts.

On Monday 12 October 2026, The Bath Priory will host “Harvest Gathering” - an elegant dinner. At the heart of the evening is a shared commitment to supporting the hospitality community through the work of Hospitality Action.

The evening will begin with a glass of “Laurent Perrier Heritage” seasonal canapés, accompanied by the warm sounds of live violins drifting through candlelit rooms. Guests will then enjoy a beautifully curated three-course dinner, alongside a silent auction of luxury experiences, fundraising moments, and thoughtful surprises throughout the evening.

Through your ticket, generous bidding, and shared commitment to supporting the hospitality community, this evening will help raise vital funds for those within our industry when they need support most.

The Evening Reception

18:30: Arrival Reception

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of “Laurent Perrier Heritage, seasonal canapés, and live violins in candlelit rooms. The silent auction opens.

19:15: Call for Dinner

Guests will be invited to dinner on shared tables.

19:25: Welcome & Opening Remarks

An introduction to the evening and the important work of Hospitality Action.

19:35: First Course Served

The first course of a beautifully curated seasonal banquet will be served.

19:50: Hospitality Action Film

A short film sharing the impact and importance of Hospitality Action’s work.

20:00: Main Course Served

The evening continues with the second course, celebrating the best of British seasonal produce.

20:30: Live Auction

Sit back and enjoy our live auction featuring exclusive experiences, luxury escapes, and rare prizes.

21:00: Dessert Served

Something sweet, with a serving of surprises.

21:45: Closing Remarks

The evening concludes with thanks to guests and the big reveal of the fundraising efforts.

22:00: Thank You & Farewell

Guests will depart with botanical favours to mark the special occasion.
